Legal Assistance Benefit

This benefit may be added to any Group Scheme, the following will apply:

  • TBFS, via a Service Provider, will provide a 24-hour legal advice line.
  • Communication by way of:
    • Telephone
    • E-mail
    • Fax
    • Post
  • The matter must relate to a personal matter of the Insured and not be of a commercial nature or relating to any profession or trade.
  • Services available from date of first premium payment.
